1 theme of the content and scope of application
1.1 Subject Matter
The standard voltage monitor terms, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs and so on.
1.2 Scope

3.1 voltage deviation

5.2 Appearance

5.6 Environmental test requirements
Environmental testing requirements as set forth in table 4. After environmental testing, and monitor for visual inspection, should have no rust, cracks, peeling off coating layer, such as injury; text and logo should be clear; control mechanism should be flexible; fastening should be no loose parts; plastic pieces should be no foaming, cracking, deformation; mechanical components should be no break down, obviously deformed; electrical components should be no significant displacement or off. 6 test method
6.1 Appearance Inspection

6.2 Safety Test
6.2.1 basic safety tests:

6.2.2 security test:
a. temperature rise test: monitor the use of ambient temperature in the normal upper limit of ± 2 ℃, as well as supply voltage ± 2% upper limit of experimental conditions, which lasted 24h, the temperature rise should be consistent with the 5.3.2.3 Article;

6.3 Functional Properties of inspection
