1. Put GSM wireless terminal (integration) into the voltage monitor externally or internally;

2. GSM wireless terminal supplies power independently, thereby ensuring real-time voltage quality of the voltage monitor;

3. Support point-to-point, point-to-multipoint, etc. data transmission;

4. Short message is transmitted by use of GSM’s signaling channel, through Short Message Center (SMC) situated in mobile communication department, which has no inflection with voice channel. GSM terminal also can transmit under connected status.
