Accept the sixth review of the quality management system

2020 is the 19th anniversary of the establishment of our quality system. In late April, the company entered the sixth review of the quality management system. Because it is still in the period of strict prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, our company has not accepted ordinary challenges.

Since the resumption of work on February 18, while the epidemic prevention and control has been carried out according to the requirements of the higher-level departments, the General Manager’s Office of our company has gradually carried out the internal audit and management review process in collaboration with the quality management, biotechnology and other departments, and passed the previous supervision and review. Since the review of all process records, the review of system operation, product quality, market demand, project development and other work has made sufficient preparations for third-party review and review.

From April 24th to 28th, it was still in the critical stage of epidemic prevention and control. Fangyuan Certification Group appointed a senior auditor Lei Cuijiao to our company. After overcoming various inconveniences, we finally completed the five-day review according to the original plan. .

The audit involves the entire process of our company from business undertaking, procurement, R&D, production, and sales, sampling of records management, human resources, internal audit process, management review and improvement process, etc., and all departments and process coverage products involved in the audit The quality control performance was obtained for evidence. The successful completion of the special period of management review review demonstrates the responsibility of the third-party review experts and the perseverance of the auditee's employees.

Audit experts believe that, on the whole, the human resources, infrastructure, working environment, technical information and other resources of the audited entity can be fully provided in a timely manner to meet the requirements of establishing, implementing, maintaining and improving the quality management system and providing products/services that meet the requirements. Demand: Since the last review, the auditee’s performance has been greatly improved, the industry’s reputation is quite high, and various key performance indicators such as customer feedback have been achieved well. Through internal audit and management review, no serious non-conformities were found, and the management system was basically operating normally.

The audit also puts forward new requirements for our work, focusing on two areas that need to be improved: 1. To further improve the production department/workshop production process circulation card information; 2. Combining the actual situation of the enterprise, strengthen the dynamic management of decomposition.

The operation of the quality management system is a step-by-step and continuous improvement process. Through comprehensive and systematic audits, we find shortcomings in daily work, promote management progress, and essentially enhance the quality awareness of all employees.
