In the middle of the year of Bingshen, the city of Yuyao was scorching hot, but Siming Mountain was cool and pleasant, and it became a summer resort for people. A group of teachers from colleges and universities in the province who were relaxing in the Siming Mountain Forest Park invited teacher Hua Jianxin to talk about Yangming's Xinxue. That day, I accompanied him to the hinterland of Siming Mountain: 6944 next to Qiuyan. In the morning in the open-air camp, the towering cedar forest blocked the sun for us. Everyone was under the tree, listening to teacher Hua's lecture with the cool breeze.
In the afternoon, when the two of us passed Lizhou Village in the depths of the mountain, we saw the words to the east indicating the direction of Zhendong Bridge and Wenchang Pavilion, and we drove to the foot of Lizhou Village’s Shangyang Temple. We know that the Huang Zongxi Memorial Hall, which was completed in 2003, was the site where Mr. Huang Zongxi gave lectures. We wanted to visit the Huang Zongxi Memorial Hall first, but the door was locked. After asking the villagers, the defendant was told to go to the farmhouse above to find someone to open the door. Had to give up. But I know: Huang Zongxi, a great thinker in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties, nicknamed the old man of Lizhou (known as Mr. Lizhou by scholars), once lived in Lizhou when he set up a village in Siming Mountain to fight against the Qing Dynasty. He wrote and gave lectures at Shangyang Temple. Wenchang Pavilion inscribed a plaque. We went to look for the Zhendong Bridge and Wenchang Pavilion under the Lizhou Creek next to the memorial hall to remember this sage with the same name as the village.
In order to find an angle of looking up to paint, I want to walk down Lizhou Creek, but the dense bush forest along the creek has tightly enclosed the surrounding area. I can only smell the gurgling water, but I can't see the stream, and there are no steps nearby to walk into the stream. I turned back to the uphill slope of the stream, chose a west-to-east perspective, and prepared to draw a larger sketch to record this beautiful and legendary scenic spot: Zhendong Bridge and Wenchang Pavilion in the west of the bridge. Teacher Hua took photos in the surrounding area and left me with sketches. From time to time, villagers passed by and chatted with us. Two young girls from Lizhou Village, who are studying in middle school in Yuyao City, who are on vacation in their hometown, also held books to talk with us. A middle-aged villager proudly said that the east bridge of this town was built in the Ming Dynasty 500 years ago. It is the only single-hole stone arched bridge in Yuyao with a gallery house and five tangs for people to rest on. There are three brooks, one on each side extends to the aisle. I heard it very fresh, because I only heard the name but didn't see it. Today I secretly made up my mind: I want to keep its pen shadow!
I took the pen quickly, and "Zhendong Bridge and Wenchang Pavilion" on the B4 paper gradually became clear. Yes, the Zhendong ancient bridge made of blocks is relatively intact, while the two-story pavilion-style building Wenchang Pavilion has experienced too much wind and rain. The northern cornices have been blown down by the strong wind. I want to show the integrity of the building on the screen. , This part can only be patched up first, so our competent department will repair the ancient building.
After the completion of , the sketching momentum is really somewhat. At about five o'clock, we set foot on the way back to the city contentedly. Upon request, he also brought along a young man from Tangtian Village who had not caught the bus and worked in Yao.
