The company accepts the second supervision and audit of ISO9001:2008 quality management system

From May 29th to 30th, 2010, hosted by the senior auditor Chen Hangyan of Zhejiang Audit Center of Fangyuan Certification Group Co., Ltd., combined with the version change (from ISO9001: 2000 to ISO9001: 2008), the quality management of our company (factory) System operation is reviewed and audited. All members of the company in the factory attended the meeting. Judging from the audit situation, the system is generally operating normally, but many habitual problems have been found: 1. Such as enthusiasm for work, simple methods, and insufficient records; 2. The content of the satisfaction survey form has not kept pace with the times; 3. Management review The depth is not enough; 4. Departmental work summary, work summary of personnel on business trips lack detailed figures, target completion rate support, etc. These are the directions for our future improvement.
