The acceptance meeting of "Substation Voltage Qualification Rate Real-time Reporting System" of Yuhuan Power Supply Bureau was held on December 21, 2010 in Zhugang, Yuhuan. Participants: Bureau Biotechnology Department, Information Center, Dispatching Office, Logistics Center and Substation Area, etc. Leaders and technical specialists participated in the acceptance. Yuhuan Power Supply Bureau based on the stability of substation voltage qualification rate data remote transmission and substation anti-electromagnetic interference requirements, Yuhuan Power Supply Bureau began trial operation in July 2009 and January 2010 to install LAN terminals in Qinggang and Xitou 35kV substations. The system uses the Yuhuan Power Supply Bureau Ethernet as the transmission channel, and builds a separate network through the network protocol conversion group, which collects the monitoring data of the type A (substation) voltage monitoring points. The main components of the system: 1, voltage data collection layer composed of Shunyang brand voltage monitor; 2, network communication layer composed of Ethernet and LAN terminals; 3, application layer composed of communication collection, database storage, and Web publishing. Yuhuan Bureau successfully completed the wired transmission access work of 10 35kV substations including Chumen Substation and 16 line voltages in September 2010, established a voltage quality monitoring information management system (WBE version), and realized remote data collection. The real-time report system for substation voltage qualification rate was officially put into operation in October. After more than two consecutive months of operation assessment, the bureau’s information center and substation area professionals conducted a real-time report system project for the substation voltage qualification rate on December 21, 2010. Functional test, the results are satisfactory: 1, use the existing network to realize the A-type voltage monitoring data collection dedicated network, eliminate the mutual influence with other systems; 2, the wired collection is not limited by the data capacity, and the density of the collected data is improved. So as to further improve the accuracy of data analysis; 3, data transmission is stable, and cost-saving, to make up for the lack of GPRS communication; 4, no signal interference in the communication process, in line with substation anti-interference requirements. The voltage qualification rate is reported in real time to the input of the system, turning a new page in the voltage management of Yuhuan Bureau and bringing many benefits. Realize the real network and technology of voltage management through system construction; greatly reduce manpower and material resources, improve the work efficiency of grassroots production personnel and the real-time and accuracy of voltage data, and be able to report various voltage reports in time; quickly understand the line voltage Quality status, reduce the defect rate of the line supply voltage, and improve the line voltage quality management level.
