　　 Comrade Jiang Xiaojin is an employee of Ningbo Electric Power Bureau. Although he has grown from a power line worker to a deputy chief engineer of the bureau through organizational training and his own efforts over the past 40 years, he is still a power line worker A builder of the power grid.
　　 With his passion, he wrote a series of shocking works in the short period of 58 years of his life. This is loyalty to the cause and loyalty to the enterprise. He united everyone with wisdom and sincerity, weaving a strong power grid, and becoming a messenger of light.
　　 His work is ordinary, without any high-profile, no reception scenes. Just like the iron tower he designed, it goes deep into the rock formations and towers above the mountains. Although lonely, it stands firmly. The silver wire on the iron tower traverses the lofty mountains, across the rivers, lakes and seas, and connects into a strong power grid, illuminating the world wherever it goes.
　　 I have been in contact with the electric power industry since 1987, and in the second year I have project contacts and cooperation with Ningbo Electric Power Bureau. I have also been in contact with Ningbo Electric Power Design Institute (called Ningbo Electric Power Design Institute at the time). The current dean, Comrade Xu Yumin, was a full-time engineer who worked hard in substation design. It’s really exciting: in our Ningbo Electric Power Design Institute, we have stepped out of such a good comrade and brother who is diligent, simple, practical, and responsible for colleagues and work, and has become a benchmark for our career.
　　 As a long-term service for the electric power system, I have a lot of work experience and experience. I have been cooperating and serving with the electric power industry for decades. I am very familiar with the electric power industry. I deeply feel that Comrade Jiang Xiaojin is indeed one of our industrial workers. The outstanding members of the power grid embodied in him the loyalty of the electric power workers to forget food and sleep and stick to their posts in order to build a strong power grid. I am very moved by Comrade Jiang Xiaojin's long-term, earnest work and progress.
