　　 From May 20 to 21, 2012, the senior auditor Lei Cuijiao of Zhejiang Audit Center of Fangyuan Certification Group Co., Ltd. conducted a comprehensive audit of the operation of the ISO9001:2008 quality management system of Yuyao Mingrui Software Company. The two-day audit showed that the company's quality management system is operating normally and passed the audit.
　　 From May 25th to 26th, 2012, Li Genfu, a senior auditor from Zhejiang Audit Center of Fangyuan Certification Group Co., Ltd., reviewed and audited the operation of our company's (factory) ISO9001:2008 quality management system. Judging from the review, the system is generally operating normally. The working environment of the enterprise is good, and the on-site management is relatively standardized. However, many problems have been found: For example, the General Manager’s Office and Marketing Department: 1. The annual plan is more specific and the implementation plan is arranged too early; 2. The requirements for the satisfaction survey form are different from the 2000 version. The usual customer requirements are Didn't it do? We should actively communicate with customers, solicit opinions, and make timely explanations (if it is not a work problem within our scope, etc.); 3. Customer product repair work is generally affirmed, but customer opinions and comments after repair should also be collected and analyzed in time . ..., these pertinent opinions are the direction for our future improvement.
