　　The transformer substation of Tianjin Dagang Oilfield Power Company has been using Shunyang brand DT1 series multi-channel voltage monitor to monitor voltage quality, and it has been operating safely for more than ten years. From the early manual reading to the current electronic card communication, the operation mode summarized by the stand-alone software. Although the substation is unattended, the voltage data still needs the operation team to insert the card and read it back to the branch office. Due to various factors of human and road, it is impossible to guarantee the timely insertion of the card and timely statistical reporting. Therefore, in order to fully grasp the operating voltage status of the substation system, track the voltage quality in real time, and grasp the voltage qualification rate, the voltage monitor monitors the 110kv, 35kV and 6kV voltage real-time data collection and uploading, using the software to check abnormal data, and regularly prioritize the analysis of indicators For monitoring points with poor and ring-to-month fluctuations, Dagang Oilfield Power Company plans to establish a remote transmission analysis system for substation voltage quality monitoring information, and we will be responsible for transformation and construction cooperation. Through a stage of efforts, the installation and commissioning of the WEB-based network system software, the installation of on-site LAN terminal equipment, the upgrade of the voltage monitor program and the comprehensive debugging have successfully completed the research on the remote transmission and analysis of the voltage quality monitoring information of the oilfield substation. The project realized the remote transmission of voltage quality monitoring information in the substation in November 2015. Dagang Oilfield Gangzhong Branch has realized 11 unattended substations, Gangdong (3), 110kV substations in the south, etc. (3), and set up a dedicated network of voltage monitors for substations and dispatching centers, and substations are monitored by voltage The 110kv, 35kV and 6kV voltages monitored by the instrument are collected in real time and sent to the dispatch center and the central control center of Hong Kong, achieving the expected voltage management upgrade purpose.
