Our company organizes personnel to participate in the 2016 national senior corporate trainer vocational training course

　　 From July 27th to 31st, 2016, our company organized personnel to participate in the 2016 National Senior Enterprise Trainer Vocational Training Course which was entrusted by Yuyao Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to Ningbo Talent Training Center. The entire training lasted for five days.
　　 On July 27th, Chu Guiyan, Deputy Director and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Yuyao Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, gave an opening speech, introducing the current self-evaluation of various skilled talents in our city, the introduction of high-skilled technical talents and the demonstration enterprises of independent evaluation of skilled talents Indicator completion status.
　　 This course training was lectured by Yuan Hongqing, an associate professor of Business School of Ningbo University, the director of the Institute of Network Marketing and Micro-E-commerce of Ningbo University School of Science and Technology, an MBA/EMBA training teacher of Ningbo University, and a doctorate in management science and engineering. The course includes "job description, training project development, training course development, training materials development, corporate training and teaching, training evaluation, training quality management system construction and modern training technology application", and the content runs through the entire human resource planning system. At the end of the course, Ningbo Talent Training Center organized the students to conduct theoretical examinations and practical work.
　　Through this training, we have clearly realized the importance of the company's recognition of employee job skills. The company pays attention to the skills training and investment of technical talents in important positions, which is a prerequisite for enterprise technological innovation.
