The seven party members of our Ningbo Shunyang Electrical Measuring Instrument Party Branch organized a life day on September 23, 2017. They set off from Yuyao and took the land line to Jiaokou via Zhongcun and arrived in Haishu District (formerly Yinzhou District). Zhangcun in Water Town, at the Simingshan Martyrs Cemetery in Zhangcun, Ningbo, mourns the revolutionary martyrs.
The Siming Mountain Martyrs Cemetery in Zhangcun faces the Zhangxi River and is backed by Dalei Mountain. Inside, a 44.12-meter-high marble memorial tower stands in front of you. On the tower, the seven characters "Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Tower" are shining in gold, as if the revolutionary spirit shines forever.
Behind the monument is the tomb area of the northern martyrs in the cemetery. Under the pine and cypress trees, there are 800 martyrs (acupoints) who dedicated themselves bravely for national independence and the liberation of the people; in the south are the 12 martyrs who died in the War of Resistance against Japan, including Liu Hulan, Li Min, Xu Ying, and Chen Xiaoyun, and other revolutionary martyrs in the south. cemetery. We walked slowly to the tomb of the martyrs, the reverence was beyond words, and everyone paid a deep respect to the martyrs.
The party members also visited the Yinzhou Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Hall and listened to the explanation by the guide. Everyone also visited the military equipment such as the 808 tank and the J-6 fighter on display around the memorial hall.
