Shunyang brand DT1 one second voltage output

This software is the supporting software for the one-second communication output of the DT1 series voltage monitor of Shunyang brand. It has the following functions:
1. Collect one second of voltage data output by the voltage monitor;
2. Use a graph to dynamically display the voltage fluctuation curve in the last minute;
3. Query the voltage value and voltage fluctuation curve in a certain minute in the past;
4. Query the highest voltage, the highest voltage, the lowest voltage, and the lowest voltage in a certain period of time in the past.
5. It can manage three-way monitoring data at the same time.
6. Using RS232 communication protocol, its 1 second instantaneous voltage output can be used as the voltage sampling digital value of the VQC device, so that the statistical voltage monitor and the VQC voltage data are consistent, which is beneficial to improve the substation bus voltage qualification rate.
