That is, when the voltage average value of the first or second circuit under test exceeds the upper limit or lower limit in the first minute, the alarm relay will be closed respectively to make the corresponding contacts connected; when the voltage is averaged 1 minute before the test voltage When the value is qualified (that is, when the limit is not exceeded), the corresponding alarm relay is released and the corresponding contact is disconnected.
